- Bullying
- Mistreatment of anyone in any way due to race, ethnicity, financial status, gender, religion, sexual orientation, physical ability
- Physical Abuse
- Sexual Abuse
- Sexual Misconduct
- Other misconduct not listed will also be evaluated on a case by case basis.
Bachata Denver’s Zero Tolerance Policy is applicable to all students, instructors, and guests at all of our public and private events including but not limited to classes, private lessons, socials, special events, and appearances.
Engagement in any form of the above behaviors will result in denial of participation in any way.

All sales are final. Exceptions, such as ticket transfers or service exchanges, may be granted at our discretion and are subject to a service/transfer fee. We strive to accommodate our clients whenever possible within this policy.

Rescheduling a private lesson requires at least 24 hours notice to avoid forfeiting the session. Exceptions, such as transferring or sharing hours, may be granted at our discretion and are subject to a transfer fee.
